Mr. Liu Shuping, a member of the Communist Party of China and a senior engineer, currently serves as the chairman of Boge Enterprise. As one of the founders and leaders in China's environmental protection industry, particularly in the field of bag filters and filtration materials, he has been deeply involved in technological research and development, as well as market expansion, since the introduction of the first needle-punched nonwoven production line in China in 1986.

Pioneering and innovating, leading technological breakthroughs

   Leveraging his profound professional expertise and forward-looking vision, Chairman Liu pioneered the successful development of composite, coated, and easy-to-clean series products, as well as the landmark "FMS" high-temperature resistant filter material in China. He has overcome the long-standing "bottleneck" issue of relying on imports for high-temperature filter materials, thereby promoting the localization and technological advancement of China's filter material industry. The "HBT" series of new products, led by him, have obtained multiple national patents and are widely used in industrial dust removal, special protection, and other fields.

Serve the country through industry, forge the Boger brand

   In 1993, he founded Fushun Industrial Cloth Factory with 1.98 million yuan. Over the past three decades, adhering to the principle of "taking technology as the guide and quality as the lifeblood", he has led the enterprise to achieve leapfrog development. Today, Boge has grown into a large-scale environmental protection industry group integrating research and development, production, engineering design, and installation. It boasts multiple production bases and research and development centers covering Liaoning, Shanghai, and Jiangsu, with total assets exceeding 450 million yuan and an annual production capacity of 40 million square meters. Its products are sold well throughout the country and exported overseas, serving over 3,000 customers.

Industry-university-research integration drives sustainable development

   The chairman attaches great importance to technological innovation and the integration of industry, academia, and research. As early as 2003, he promoted the establishment of the "Donghua University-Berg Filtration Materials Research Center", deeply integrating the research advantages of universities with the industrialization capabilities of enterprises, accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and continuously injecting innovative impetus into the enterprise and industry.

With numerous honors, we shoulder the responsibility of the industry

   Chairman Liu Shuping has been awarded titles such as "May 1st Labor Medal", "model worker", and "Outstanding Entrepreneur in China's Environmental Protection Industry" for his outstanding contributions. He serves as an important social figure, holding positions such as Executive Director of the China Environmental Protection Industry Association, Deputy Director of the China Bag Filter Committee, and Vice President of the Shanghai and Liaoning Provincial Environmental Protection Industry Associations. He actively participates in industry construction and standard setting, and is an emergency expert in China's environmental protection expert database, highly respected by the industry.
