Development history: From specialized production to comprehensive services

    In 2000, the company strategically expanded to Shanghai, marking the beginning of its nationwide development. Over the past three decades, we have adhered to the principle of "taking technology as the guide and quality as the lifeblood", achieving a leapfrog transformation from a professional filter cloth manufacturer to a large-scale comprehensive environmental filtration service provider integrating research and development, production, sales, engineering design, and installation. Currently, the group employs nearly 400 people, with total assets of 450 million yuan and an annual production capacity exceeding 40 million square meters. Our products and services cover the entire country and are exported to more than ten countries and regions worldwide, serving over 3,000 customers in total.

    We firmly believe that technology is the core competitiveness of a company. Under the umbrella of Boge, we have established the Shanghai Donghua-Boge Filter Material Research Center, boasting a 56-member R&D team led by masters-level professionals, with a cumulative total of over 100 patents. Through the deep integration of industry, academia, and research, we have successfully developed a series of high-performance filter materials, such as "Flumes" and "Huabote", that have reached the international advanced level. Several of our technologies have filled domestic gaps, achieved import substitution, and received support from national science and technology projects.

Manufacturing strength: Advanced equipment ensures quality

    Boge has established multiple production bases across the country, boasting over ten intelligent production lines, including a spunlace production line imported from Germany and an airlaid production line from Italy, as well as a complete industrial chain spanning from raw materials to finished filter bags. The anti-adhesion + spunlace new filter material production line, invested over 30 million yuan to build, has obtained a national invention patent and been listed as a key project for industrial upgrading, marking a crucial breakthrough in our independent development of high-end environmental protection materials.
