On January 1, 2010, Jiangsu Flumesi Environmental Protection and Energy-Saving New Material Co., Ltd. officially commenced production

On January 1, 2012, the sound of machines reverberated inside the factory building of Jiangsu Flumesi Environmental Protection and Energy-Saving New Material Co., Ltd. Six opening machines rolled up layers of white waves, and workers on the main production line were skillfully operating the machines. Packagers hoisted bundles of needle-punched felt cloth from the roll-loading vehicles, and forklifts transported the rolls of finished products to the warehouse. Jiangsu Flumesi officially commenced production today.

    Jiangsu Flumes Environmental Protection and Energy-Saving New Material Co., Ltd. is affiliated with Shanghai Boge Group, a large-scale environmental protection group company in China. The project has a total investment of 200 million yuan, with 160 acres of land acquired and 35,000 square meters of new factory buildings constructed. It mainly produces new types of environmental protection filter materials. After the project is fully operational, it can achieve annual sales of 600 million yuan and profits and taxes of 50 million yuan. This project complements Aoyang's industrial infrastructure, achieving complementary advantages and having a demonstrative effect on promoting the development of Aoyang's industrial cluster. Up to now, the company has invested 58 million yuan in equipment, with more than 50 sets of opening machines, carding machines, laying machines, main prick machines, and German-imported hydroentanglement equipment, water treatment equipment, and drying equipment already arriving at the factory. Other equipment is in transit; the second phase of the project, covering more than 10,000 square meters of factory buildings, has been completed, and the construction of equipment foundation trenches is underway.

    General Manager Gao Tiefeng introduced that the needle-punched production line that was put into operation on that day had been commissioned since early November last year and entered trial production in mid-November. After the needle-punched production line was officially put into operation on January 1, the monthly production of needle-punched filter materials will reach 400,000 square meters. The equipment for the spunlace production line, which is imported from Germany, has arrived at the factory, and German technicians have been stationed at the company since mid-December to guide the installation of the imported equipment. The equipment for the spunlace production line will be installed in place by early March, and the composite spunlace production line will be fully operational in June this year. By then, the company will produce various high-temperature, normal-temperature, and low-temperature filter materials, as well as polyester and fiberglass products. It is expected that the annual output value this year will reach more than 100 million yuan.
